Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries! No matter where you are, you can enjoy shopping with us.

International Tracking Information
Please note that international tracking numbers provided by your local postal service will only become active and available once your package has arrived in your country and cleared customs. At that point, the updated tracking information will be sent to you via email. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Are you affiliated with any car or motorcycle brands?
No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands featured in our die-cast models (e.g., BMW, Ferrari, Ducati, etc.). We are an independent store offering high-quality collectible replicas for enthusiasts and collectors.
Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
No. All sales are final.We donot accept any refunds, returns, or exchangesunder any circumstances. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Are the listed measurements accurate?
Product dimensions are approximate. Please allow for±2cm variation due to manufacturer tolerances in measurement and production.
Do the models come with batteries?
No,batteries are not included with any models that feature lights or sounds. You will need to insert compatible batteries upon delivery.
Are the models interactive or just static displays?
All of our die-cast models come with interactive parts! This includes opening doors, hoods, trunks, and other movable components. These features vary by model, and details can be found on each product page
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives withserious damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video. We will assess it on a case-by-case basis. Minor paint chips, loose parts, or decals misalignment due to transit are not considered defects.
What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in the shipping address before your order has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
